The NEC 1990SXi, 2090UXi, 2190UXi and 2690WUXi
NEC offers a range of colour monitors which have been preset to give the best possible performance against the Dicom part 14 reference for a standard class colour LCD display. A 12-bit internal lookup table enables all 90 Series displays to reproduce diagnostic images with a greater level of accuracy and detail than available on conventional displays for IT.The NEC 90 Series have been specifically designed to meet the requirements for use as a reference display within a web-based PACS environment, as well as for general medical use such as a RIS or HIS terminal. The NEC 90 Series comprises 19", 20.1" and 21.3" displays and feature ultra-thin, portrait and landscape auto-orientation, embient light sensors. With a 3 year on site warranty and preset Dicom modes, the 90 Series offers a truly cost effective solution for viewing diagnostic images in a web environment.
In hospital wide deployment of PACS, not all departments can justify the high cost of diagnostic quality greyscale displays, but do not want to risk deploying standard colour LCD displays and compromise patient care.NEC 90 SERIES colour displays have been designed to provide the best possible performance against the DICOM 3.14 reference for a standard class colour LCD display.NEC 90 SERIES displays incorporate an internal DICOM pre-set curve that enables the viewing of diagnostic images on these displays, in much great detail than possible before.Operators can choose between standard RGB modes for HIS/RIS application use or DICOM modes when viewing diagnostic images from a range of modalities, at a touch of a button.Ambient light sensing, ultra-thin bezels, portrait/landscape auto-switch and a 3 year on site warranty make 90 SERIES the ideal partner for use with NEC’s MD SERIES products.
